Privacy Notice

1. Personal data we collect

We collect only what is needed to quote and coordinate a flight, directly from you when you complete the quotation form, message us on WhatsApp or email, or call us.

• Identification and contact: name, phone number and email address.
• Trip details: origin, destination, dates, passenger count and specific requirements.
• Billing data, when you request a tax invoice: legal name, tax ID, tax regime, tax address and CFDI use.
• Passenger data required by the air operator for the flight manifest: full name, date of birth and ID or passport.
• Browsing data: IP address, device type and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

2. Sensitive data

For air ambulance services we may need to process sensitive health data about the patient (diagnosis, clinical condition and medical requirements of the transfer), which is indispensable for the operator and medical team to determine the right aircraft and equipment.

This data is treated as strictly confidential, shared only with the air operator and the medical staff handling the transfer, and requires your express consent.

3. Primary purposes

Purposes that are necessary to provide the service:

• Preparing and sending charter flight quotations.
• Coordinating the booking, itinerary and logistics with the certified air operator.
• Issuing invoices and managing payments.
• Handling questions, clarifications and service requests.
• Complying with tax, aviation and anti-money-laundering obligations.

4. Secondary purposes

Additionally, and only if you do not object, we use your data to send you empty leg availability, offers and private aviation content, and to produce internal statistics and satisfaction surveys.

You may object to these purposes at any time by writing to operaciones@numen-aviation.com or using the unsubscribe link in any of our emails. Objecting is never a reason for us to deny you a service you have contracted.

5. Data transfers

Numen Aviation is a broker: we do not operate aircraft. To execute a flight we transfer strictly necessary data to third parties, without requiring additional consent under Article 37 of the Law:

• Certified air operators (AOC holders) performing the flight, and their ground service providers (FBO and handling), for the passenger manifest and operational coordination.
• Aviation, immigration, customs and tax authorities where legally required (AFAC, INM, SAT and their foreign counterparts).
• Technology providers supplying infrastructure, email and analytics services, acting as processors under confidentiality obligations.

6. Your data rights (ARCO)

You may access your data, rectify it when inaccurate, cancel it when you believe it is not required for the stated purposes, and object to its processing for specific purposes. To exercise these rights, email operaciones@numen-aviation.com with the subject "ARCO Rights".

Your request must include your name and a means to reply to you, a copy of an official ID, a clear description of the data concerned and, for rectification, supporting documentation.

We will respond within twenty business days of receiving the request and, where applicable, act on it within the following fifteen business days.

7. Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time through the same channel indicated for ARCO rights. Note that in some cases withdrawal cannot take immediate effect due to legal retention obligations, and it cannot retroactively terminate a service already provided.

8. Cookies and tracking

This site uses first- and third-party cookies to remember your preferences, measure site usage and protect forms against automated submissions. We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for analytics, and reCAPTCHA Enterprise for spam protection; reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

You can disable or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may stop working correctly if you do.

9. Retention and security

We keep your data only as long as needed for the stated purposes and for the applicable tax and aviation retention periods. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use.
