How much is a helicopter from Toluca to Mexico City?
The flight costs MXN $48,000 + VAT per leg on a Bell 505 and MXN $61,000 + VAT on an Agusta A109. Add the helipad fee (Nestlé Polanco $5,000; Radio Capital or Reforma Plus $5,500) and the Toluca FBO fee ($2,000 to $3,000), all plus VAT. The estimator on this page works out the total.
How long is the flight from Toluca to Mexico City?
Between 15 and 17 minutes depending on the helipad: Reforma Plus ≈ 15, Radio Capital ≈ 16 and Nestlé Polanco ≈ 17 minutes. The same trip by road takes 45 to 90 minutes and can exceed two hours at peak.
Which helipads does the helicopter fly to?
We publish rates for three: Reforma Plus (Paseo de la Reforma 2620, Lomas Altas), Radio Capital (Montes Urales 425, Lomas de Chapultepec) and Nestlé Polanco (Blvd. Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra 301, Granada). Other corporate helipads are quoted separately and need building clearance.
How do I choose the helipad?
By proximity to your final destination, not by price. The difference between helipads is just MXN $500; half an hour of traffic from the wrong helipad eats exactly the time you paid to save. Check the map: Reforma Plus for Lomas Altas, Bosques and Interlomas; Radio Capital for Lomas and Chapultepec; Nestlé Polanco for Polanco and Nuevo Polanco.
Does it work from Mexico City to Toluca too?
Yes, same price both ways. It is the fastest way to reach your private jet at Toluca (MMTO) without gambling your departure time on the Mexico–Toluca highway.
How many passengers fit?
Bell 505: 3 to 4 passengers. Agusta A109 (twin-engine): 4 to 5. Final capacity depends on passenger and baggage weight — baggage space is limited on a helicopter, so tell us how many bags you carry and we confirm when booking.
How much is a round trip?
Each leg is charged in full, so a round trip is the same price twice: two flights, two helipad fees and two FBO fees. Same if you return on a different day.
How far in advance should I book?
Ideally 24 hours, to secure aircraft, crew and helipad clearance. For urgent cases we can activate a same-day flight, subject to availability, weather and helipad operating hours.
