1. Nature of the service

Numen Aviation is a private aviation broker: we are not an airline or an air operator, we do not hold an Air Operator Certificate (AOC), and we do not operate, crew or maintain aircraft.

Our service is to source certified air operators, compare options, negotiate rates and coordinate flight logistics on the client's behalf. The air transport contract is formed between the client and the operator performing the flight, which is solely responsible for the operation, airworthiness, crew and safety.

2. Quotations

Every quotation is an estimate subject to aircraft availability at the time of confirmation and to the operator's acceptance. Prices are stated in the currency shown in each quotation and include only the items listed in it.

Unless stated otherwise in writing, a quotation is valid for 24 hours and does not hold the aircraft. Availability is confirmed only upon receipt of the corresponding deposit.

Flight times published on the site are estimates and vary with the aircraft assigned, the authorized routing, winds and the operating conditions of the day.

3. Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed with payment of the deposit stated in the quotation and, where the operator requires it, signature of the corresponding charter agreement. The balance must be settled before departure, within the deadlines stated in each quotation.

Payments are made to the bank accounts formally communicated by Numen Aviation. We never request payment to different accounts or through unofficial channels: if you have any doubt about bank details, verify them by phone before transferring.

Fares are subject to the taxes applicable to the route and jurisdiction. Invoices are issued using the billing data provided by the client.

4. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation, rescheduling and penalty policies are those of the operator performing the flight and are communicated in writing before the booking is confirmed. As a rule, the closer to departure a cancellation is requested, the higher the penalty, and third-party costs already incurred (permits, handling, positioning) are non-refundable.

Numen Aviation will submit any change request to the operator, without guaranteeing its acceptance.

5. Operational changes and force majeure

The operator may substitute the aircraft for one of equal or higher category, modify the itinerary or cancel the flight for reasons of safety, weather, air traffic control restrictions, airport closures, maintenance requirements, crew availability, or acts of God and force majeure.

Numen Aviation is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from delays, changes or cancellations, including missed connections, accommodation or business commitments.

6. Client and passenger obligations

• Provide truthful and complete details for every passenger, with the lead time the operator requires for the flight manifest.
• Hold valid identity, immigration and health documentation required by each country of origin, transit and destination.
• Respect the baggage weight and volume limits of the assigned aircraft, as well as dangerous goods restrictions.
• Follow crew instructions and applicable on-board regulations. The pilot in command has final authority over the operation and may deny boarding for safety reasons.
• Notify in advance any pets, special cargo or medical requirements, all subject to operator approval.

7. Use of the site and intellectual property

The site's content (text, photographs, design, trademarks and logos) belongs to Numen Aviation or is used under licence, and is protected by industrial property and copyright law. Reproduction, distribution or commercial exploitation without prior written authorization is not permitted.

Information published on the site, including reference prices, flight times and empty leg availability, is informational and may change without notice. It does not constitute a binding offer.

8. Personal data

Personal data collected through the site and our contact channels is processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice, available on this website.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Mexican law. For their interpretation and performance, the parties submit to the competent courts of San Luis Potosí, S.L.P., waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
