Autódromo helipad times are allocated in order of payment. The earlier you book, the better your time.

Show up at the Toluca FBO or your helipad and minutes later you land inside the Autódromo. Same on the way back.
The transfer does not include a Grand Prix ticket: every passenger needs their own entry or credential.

Yes. Each leg — dropping you off or picking you up — is priced separately, so a round trip is the same price twice: two flights, two slots and two FBO or helipad fees. If you return on a different day, the second slot is charged at that day's rate.
