We coordinate your ground transport directly to the platform so time on the ground is minimal.

Medical flights: discretion and logistics

A significant share of our Houston flights have a medical purpose: treatments and consultations at MD Anderson, Houston Methodist or the Texas Medical Center. We coordinate schedules around appointments, direct ground transport, medical luggage and companions, with total discretion. If the patient requires specialized assistance on board, our air ambulance division offers medically equipped aircraft with certified flight personnel.

Paperwork for flying to the United States

For private flights to the U.S., every passenger needs a valid passport and a U.S. visa (or ESTA depending on nationality). We transmit the eAPIS manifest to CBP, manage overflight and landing permits, and verify documentation before departure so there are no surprises. Immigration processing on arrival happens at the FBO itself in a matter of minutes.
